The accessory (1) has a deployable device (13) deployed between a transport compact position, in which the device allows an easy arrangement in a hand luggage, and a deployed position, in which the device covers an entire face of a passenger (3) of a seat (2) to isolate looks of other passengers. A fixing unit (11) removably fixes the deployable device on an upper part forming a head-rest of a seat for the passenger. The deployable device comprises a fastener and a strap (112) enclosing the seat of the passenger.
