The device (100) has separation devices (104a, 104b) placed around a stack (15) of elements and including a downstream cam fixed on a hub and an upstream cam fixed on the hub in upstream of the downstream cam at a distance corresponding to height of gap. Each cam is disk-shaped, and includes crown sector shaped recesses, where the recess of the downstream cam is placed facing a solid part of the upstream cam. The element is supported against radius of the solid part of each cam, where the element is not supported against a small radius of the recess.
