The device has a blank that is partially translucent in a mounted state. The blank has a form of a parallelepiped body (2) that is defined by four longitudinal faces, where the body is closed at each of its ends. The blank is formed of a succession of six faces that are separated from each other by a set of folding lines that is approximately parallel to the four longitudinal faces. A set of end faces (31) is folded back inside the body in a mounted state of the body with a spacing of longitudinal faces, and the end faces are attached with each other by gluing.
