The device has a cylindrical tower whose main reinforcement comprises wire mesh pillars (1) supporting curved deflectors (2) to deflect horizontal wind into a vertical energy flow inside the cylindrical tower. Multiple turbines (4) collect the energy from the vertical flow. A mechanical flap (6) is provided at the top of the turbines to control power and provide security to the cylindrical tower. A collection unit collects thermal energy from the sun. A conversion unit converts the collected energy into electric power to improve energy efficiency of the device.
