Method for assisting to user to move in e.g. airport by platform, involves broadcasting directional message to singular point according to angle between two successive arcs of shortest path having singular point as top
The method involves defining a database of directional messages (101), and creating a database storing different arcs (105) by referring coordinates of singular points during configuration phase. Departure and arrival singular points are identified (107), and a shortest path is calculated (108) during initialization phase, where the path is formed of a succession of the arcs to reach the arrival singular point. A directional message is broadcasted to one of the singular points according to an angle between two successive arcs of the path having the singular point as top. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a platform for assisting to orientation in a space (2) a computer program on a information medium comprising program instructions for implementing a method for assisting to orientation in a space.
