Method for simulation of internal clogging of diesel injector in diesel engine, involves simulating clogging of diesel injector by regulation of selected parameter, so as to reproduce physicochemical mechanisms involved in clogging
The method involves determining physicochemical mechanisms involved in clogging, and selecting an operating parameter of a diesel engine and/or fluid supplied to the engine or supporting the physicochemical mechanisms. The clogging of a diesel injector is simulated in the diesel engine by regulation of the selected parameter, so as to reproduce the physicochemical mechanisms involved in the clogging, where the physicochemical mechanisms rests on a reaction of sodium and fatty acids contained in various additives brought to the engine.
