Rear suspension for e.g. mountain bicycle, has rod whose length is less than distance such that shroud is deviated from horizontal tube while making increase angle when hub of driving wheel is moved above its reference position
The suspension has an oscillating arm (7) including two V-shaped layer units (7a, 7b) extending on sides of a median plane and including a horizontal tube (8) and an oblique tube i.e. shroud (9), respectively. A proximal end of the shroud is articulated with a rod (12) whose length (L) is less than distance (d) between an articulation axis (11) of the horizontal tube and a frame (1) of the proximal end of the shroud such that the shroud is deviated from the horizontal tube while making an increase angle when a hub of a driving wheel is moved above its reference position.
