Combine for e.g. cutting Virginia creeper, by landscape designer, has ratchet wheel including cutting and gripping jaws, where regulating system retains rotating part to its starting point when another rotating part is turned around
The combine has two supports (3, 8) driven by two handles (1) via an axle (2). One of the supports includes a gripping jaw (9) and an axis (4) that connects the other support having a ratchet wheel (5). The ratchet wheel includes cutting jaws (10) and gripping jaws (11) placed alternately, where a rigid rod (6) connects one of the two supports to one of the two handles. The ratchet wheel includes two rotating parts (7, 12), where a regulating system retains the rotating part that supports the jaws of the wheel to its starting point when the other rotating part is turned around.
