The method involves selecting a song based on assessment of psychological state of a driver corresponding to measurements made on a motor vehicle, where the song is stored in a database (2). The measurements are carried out based on a set of parameters such as revolutions per minute of an internal combustion engine, speed of a motor vehicle, acceleration of the motor vehicle, position of an accelerator pedal, position of a brake pedal, and angular position of a wheel of the vehicle.
