The device has a case comprising a set of flaps (5), an arrival time dial graduated at intervals, and a departure time dial that is graduated at same intervals. The set of flaps of the casing includes a parking time slot that is graded according to a same range as graduations of the arrival time dial and the departure time dial. The departure time dial is angularly offset from the arrival time dial at an angle defined by two lines. One of the lines passes through an axis of rotation and a point representing arrival time at the arrival time dial.
