The structure has a driving unit including a combustion engine (7) and a driving electric machine (6). A secondary clutch mechanism (9) is interposed between a drive shaft (8) in engagement with an engine crankshaft and another drive shaft (4) in engagement with a rotor (10). A set of starting units (40) comprises a starter (16) that is provided with a drive pinion (31) mounted by a free wheel unit (32). An intermediate transmission (35) is provided with input teeth (36) engaged with the drive pinion and output teeth (37) constantly meshed with a primary drive member (15).
