摘要

The stem (1) has a femoral neck forming portion (2) provided with a femoral head and an elongated medullary part (3) inserted into medullary cavity of a femur. The medullary part comprises a distal diaphysis part and a proximal metaphyseal part (5). The medullary part and the femoral neck forming portion are connected by an interface zone (6). The metaphyseal part comprises triangle-shaped grooves (18) that comprise a long side (19) and a vertex (20). The vertex is oriented towards a free end of the diaphysis part, where ends of the long side exhibit rounded shape.
