The assembly has an impactor (3) intended to ensure contact and force transmission between a power unit (1) and a structural element (2) of a car upon a shock causing displacement of the power unit in a preset direction. The impactor is fixed at the structural element. The power unit includes a cavity (4) encaging the impactor following displacement of the power unit in the preset direction. The cavity is formed on a motor casing and a clutch casing (11). The impactor partially conforms to the shape of the structural element in a plane parallel to the preset direction.
