Shaping tool for shaping metal sheet part for roof of car, has central presser for clamping central portion of metal sheet, peripheral presser for shaping peripheral edge of sheet, and punch element for punching peripheral edge of sheet
The tool (1) has a static die (20) mounted on a lower flange (2), and a shaping body mounted on an upper flange (3). A central presser (4) having a central face (40) clamps a central portion of a metal sheet (P) against a complementary central face (21) of the die. A peripheral presser (6) includes a peripheral surface (63) to shape a peripheral edge (B) of the sheet by pressing against a complementary peripheral face (22) of the die. A punch element (8) and a clipping element (9) are fixedly mounted on the upper flange for punching and clipping the peripheral edge of the sheet.
