The assembly has a sheet metal shelf (10) reinforced by a sheet metal cross-piece (13) that forms a hollow body with the shelf and comprises a wall (14) extended parallel to the shelf. A hole (15) of the shelf is formed into the hollow body, and permits introduction of a housing (12) of a roller (11) of a seat belt into the hollow body. A fixing unit of the housing fixes the housing to the wall of the cross-piece such that the housing protrudes out of the hole, and a front edge (15a) of the hole forms a stop part to limit movement of the housing under effect of forces exerted by the belt.
