A device for creating a magnetic field of variable frequency equal to the rhythm delta, and then constant so that when the user sleep as placed on the magnetic north - or south pole. The present invention relates to a device placed under the mattress, creating a north pole of variable frequency of less than or equal to the rhythm 2hz (delta), and then automatically after a time of the order of one hour, a pole constant equivalent to the magnetic north pole.
