The pilgrim-step transmission/pilgrim step level comprises a rotating body (40), rotatable around its own axis, with a spring retainer eccentrically arranged by the axis, where: the rotating body is eccentrically mounted in a carrier (39) and connected with an output (43) in operation to rotate a first axis of the carrier and the spring retainer; a first rotational motion of the rotating body is superimposed around the axis of a second rotational motion of the rotating body to the own axis; and the pilgrim-step transmission/pilgrim step level is connected with the output. The pilgrim-step transmission/pilgrim step level comprises a rotating body (40) that is rotatable around its own axis and comprises a spring retainer eccentrically arranged by the axis, where: the rotating body is eccentrically mounted in a carrier (39) and connected with an output (43) to rotate a first axis of the carrier and the spring retainer during operation; a first rotational motion of the rotating body is superimposed around the axis of a second rotational motion of the rotating body to the own axis; and the pilgrim-step transmission/pilgrim step level is connected with the output. Other rotating body is arranged around the carrier and the axis, and is arranged to each other on the same radius and with equaled angular intervals, where a spacing between the first and second axles and/or the angular interval between rotating bodies is changed. The pilgrim-step transmission/pilgrim step level further comprises: a bearing point, which is rotated about the first axis during operation and is connected with the output, where the first rotational motion of the respective bearing point is spaced apart from the second rotational motion of the first axis; and a drive-side and/or output-side planetary gears. The bearing point is formed as spring retainer. The bearing point/spring retainer is eccentrically arranged on the rotating body rotatably mounted to a second rotational axis, and the second rotational axis is eccentrically arranged on the carrier rotatably mounted to a first rotational axis. The first rotational motion of the bearing point/spring retainer is spaced apart from the second rotational motion to one of the first axles. Two bearing points/spring retainers: are arranged torsionally symmetric to the first rotational axis; and are rotated only about the first rotational axis during the operation. The output is rotatably mounted around the first rotational axis. The spacing between the second axis to the first axis or one of the rotating bodies is adjusted in its eccentricity to the carrier. The rotating body is displaceably mounted in a guide/an oblong hole of the carrier. The pilgrim-step transmission comprises a sun wheel and/or a hollow wheel, and planetary wheels, which are coaxially and rotatably connected to each other. A circular pitch of a rolling curve lies in the first axis and a central axis. The gears different from a round shape are designed to be symmetrical or rotationally symmetrical. Two non-circular, symmetrical or rotationally symmetrical gears are arranged around the first axis and/or central axis. The spring retainer is mounted in a separate slot of the output, where a longitudinal extent of the slot is radially, partially aligned. The common continuous slot is provided for the spring retainer. The slot is adjusted in its layer. The bearing point/spring retainer is designed as web cooperating with a shaft or as shaft cooperating with the web. The first and second rotational motions are produced by two separated motors (26). The rotating body is engaged with the sun wheel and/or the hollow wheel of the planetary gears or a transmission after planetary gears. The sun wheel, the hollow wheel and/or the carrier is connected or coupled with the output. A transmission ratio between the motor and the carrier is smaller than the transmission ratio between the motor and the sun wheel engaged with the rotating body or between the motor and the hollow wheel engaged with the rotating body. The carrier is driven by a first motor, and the sun wheel or the hollow wheel engaged with the rotating body is driven by a second motor. The gears comprise cylindrical contact surfaces/rolling surfaces or circular pitch circles. An independent claim is included for a wire conveying device for a welding machine/welding torch.
