The sensor (1) has a standardized housing (2) fixedly connected with a master cylinder by a spring element. A standardized plug-in connector (3) is formed at the housing. A plug adapter (4) is formed as an adapter between the standardized plug-in connector and a manufacturer-specific plug-in connector for a vehicle electronics unit. The master cylinder comprises a recess for partial retaining of the housing. The standardized housing is loosened from the master cylinder by opening a clip or the spring element.
