Pulley damper for attenuating torsional vibrations of crankshaft of powertrain of motor car engine, has freewheel co-acting with energy storage element and introducing axial clamping force to pulley and cover in axial direction
The damper (10) has a torsional vibration decoupler for attenuating torsional vibrations of torque. The decoupler comprises an energy storage element designed as a bow spring (26) and co-acting with an input flange (20). A freewheel (28) co-acts with the energy storage element for locking the energy storage element with a pulley (12) during overhauling of the input flange and for free running of the storage element during overhauling of the pulley. The freewheel guides an axial clamping force to the pulley and a cover (14) in an axial direction, during locking of the element. An independent claim is also included for a powertrain.
