Calibration arrangement for calibrating network analog for calibrated measurement of e.g. microwave circuit, has shield portion for shielding linking dot on opposite side of calibration standard and in extended plane of standard
The calibration arrangement (2) has a carrier (1) on which a calibration structure is arranged. The calibration structure is provided with calibration standards (3a-3o) and a linking region. A linking dot (7,7') of linking region is provided for coupling a shaft. A shield portion of the linking region is provided for shielding the linking dot on opposite side of the calibration standard and in an extended plane of surrounded calibration standard.
