The method involves extruding a wiper rubber-double strand (20). The cross-sectional form of the wiper rubber-double strand corresponds to the cross-sectional form of two wiper rubbers (10,10'), which have a wiper lip section (11) connected with a fastening section (13) over a tilting web section. The wiper rubber-double strand is vulcanized after extruding the wiper rubber-double strand, or is aligned in such a way that the wiper lip section is placed above another wiper lip section (11') of the wiper rubber-double strand.
