Method for mechanical cleaning of contaminated, unpainted, and class-A-painted plastic, fiber-composite surface of carbon-fiber reinforced roof of motor car, involves gap-freely providing plastic surface, and applying surface with cold jet
The method involves gap-freely providing an uncoated plastic surface (2) by a brush segment (6). A cleaning head (4) is guided over the plastic surface by a robot (3). The brush segment is rotatingly driven by a motor (5). The plastic surface is immediate subsequently applied with a cold jet (10) e.g. carbon dioxide-snow jet, by a cold-jet nozzle arrangement (7). The plastic surface is sucked during the cold jet application. The plastic surface is contamination-protectingly held for a cleaning process upto a painting process. An independent claim is also included for a mechanical cleaning device.
