The invention relates to a compressed air storage turbine power plant (1), comprising a reservoir (2) for storing compressed air (5), a centrifugal separator (3) and a turbine (4), moist compressed air (5) being discharged from the reservoir (2 ) via the centrifugal separator (3) of the turbine (4) can be supplied and wherein the centrifugal separator (3) for separating condensate (6) from the compressed air (5) is formed, in which a cooling device (7) between the memory (2) and the centrifugal separator (3) for cooling the compressed air (5) flowing to the centrifugal separator (3). Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for drying moist compressed air (5) in a compressed air storage turbine power plant (1).
