The arrangement has an inductive modulator controlled by an active subscriber e.g. master or slave, and designed as a current-voltage converter or data coupler (9). An alternating current-alternating current-induction current converter is arranged at a right side of a resistor-inductor network, where actuator sensor interface (ASI)-alternating current based unbalance and/or ground fault degree between ASI-alternating current signals is determined by ASI-high frequency-difference current measurement between ASI-network-lines and displayed as analog measuring signal output. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring ground fault degree in an actuator sensor interface-sensor-actuator-network.
