Method for producing components of rotor for converting kinetic energy of flowing gaseous fluid or air into rotational energy in wind turbine, involves generating cladding contour by utilizing computer numerically controlled machine
The method involves providing a foamed and hardened blank i.e. commercial Froth element, and generating a cladding contour by utilizing a computer numerically controlled machine. Rotational axis (2) of a rotor is aligned vertical to a direction of flow of fluid or air. A set of components e.g. circular round blanks (23, 24), of a rotor body (31) is arranged in a sectional plane vertical to the rotational axis for closing the cladding contour, and a foamed material is cured. An independent claim is also included for a wind turbine.
