Apparatus for de-icing lighting unit, particularly headlight of vehicle, comprises heat sources, and heat conductor, which is disposed in cover plate of lightning unit, where heat conductor is thermally coupled to heat sources
The apparatus (3) comprises heat sources (8 to 10), and a heat conductor (5), which is disposed in a cover plate (4) of a lightning unit (2). The heat conductor is thermally coupled to the heat sources by connecting elements (11 to 13). The heat conductor and the connecting element are formed from a thermally conductive solid object, made from copper and silver or alloy of copper and silver. The heat source of a starter and a control unit or a cooling element of illuminants (6,7) of the lighting unit is an optical reflector of a drive machine of the vehicle. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a lightning unit de-icing apparatus.
