The structure has a cup-shaped base housing (1) whose interior portion is partially defined with a working cylinder space (A). Several radially inner holes are opened into the working cylinder space. Several radially outwardly opposing holes are opened in a working gas flow channel (C). Several heater tubes (6) are attached with an outer side of the base housing. One side end of radially inner hole is connected with other side end of radially outer hole to connect working cylinder space and the working gas flow channel.
