The method involves connecting a user (K) to the Internet via an input box (1), and bringing a set of tools (7) to enter or assign data for a set of complement documents (2). A set of graphics (3) recognizable for humans is associated with the complement documents so that the complement documents are symbolized by graphics. Another user (L) is connected to the Internet via another input box (4), and another set of tools (8) is brought to assign data for another set of complement documents (6). Another set of graphics (5) is associated with the latter set of complement documents.
