Locking device for safety belt for vehicle, has anti-twist plate designed as molded part that sectionally runs parallel to flat side of receiving slot of belt buckle outside of buckle in first orientation
The device (2) has a belt buckle (4) comprising a locking element for locking a latch plate (5) within a receiving slot of the buckle during excess of minimum penetration depth of the latch plate in the buckle. An anti-twist plate is designed as a molded part. The molded part sectionally runs parallel to a flat side of the slot outside of the buckle in a first orientation and abuts with a front side on an upper side of the buckle in a second orientation during insertion of the plate into the buckle such that insertion of the plate is limited on locking penetration depth. An independent claim is also included for a safety belt.
