The heat exchanger has annular dispatchers (3,4) that are provided with pipeline and rectilinear extending pipe sections (5) that are connected with wastewater pipe (1). An inlet (7) of industrial water terminal is formed at annular dispatcher and an outlet (6) of industrial water terminal is formed at another annular dispatcher. An end region of inlet is connected with end region of annular dispatcher and end region of outlet is connected with end region of another annular dispatcher. An independent claim is included for a pipeline structure.
