Sea water utilizing type turbine plant e.g. tidal power plant installed in funnel shaped bay, has actuator that is provided to close flap valve, before sea water level setting unit is reached lower edge of aperture
The turbine plant has a chamber (1) into which sea water is entered. A sea water level setting unit is provided in the chamber and an aperture (3) is formed in the upper portion chamber through which air is flown. A pipe (4) is formed in downstream at the outlet side of aperture. The two ends of aperture are opened and an actuator is provided to close a flap valve (6), before sea water level setting unit is reached the lower edge of aperture.
