The sealing structure (26) has an adhesive surface portion (30) that is provided with a base portion (29) for adhesive attachment to the main portion (18) and a lighting element for reflecting and emitting the electromagnetic radiation (42) in the visible spectral range. The base portion is positively connected with a sealing portion (28). The lighting element is provided with a light-reflecting film, radiation conducting element and/or a radiation-generating element (40).
