Guide cage for the bilateral grinding of at least one disk-shaped workpiece between two rotating working disks a grinding device, a method for the production of the guide cage and method for simultaneous two-side grinding of disk-shaped workpieces using of the guide cage. The manufacturing process comprises the steps of:(a) providing a plate made of a first material with a first and a second lateral surface and by means of the form of a guide cage;(b) providing a first and a second film of a second material;(c) the cutting of the first film in a first and second film in a second mould in such a way that the first foil the first side surface of the plate and the second foil, the second lateral surface of the plate can be partially cover, without via the respective side surface of the plate projecting;(d) of the arranging of the first film on the first side surface of the plate to a first arrangement and the second film on the second side surface of the plate to a second arrangement, wherein the first film the first side surface of the plate and the second foil, the second lateral surface of the plate partially covered without passing through the respective side surface of the plate, respectively, to project; and(e) the permanent fixing of the first and second film on the plate in the first and second device by means of a cohesive material connection of the first and second material.
