Switch drive for opening and closing switching contact of high voltage power switch, has tensioning motor coupled with displacement element and displacing displacement element from one end position into another end position
The drive (1) has a fixing unit (9) releasably blocking a rotation of a torso link (5) in an intermediate position of a displacement element (6), where the intermediate position is located between two end positions of the displacement element. A spring force storage unit (7) is coupled to the displacement element and stores driving power in one of the end positions for displacing the displacement element into the other end position. A tensioning motor (8) is coupled with the displacement element and displaces the displacement element from the latter end position into the former end position. The spring force storage unit is designed as a helical spring. The torso link is designed in form of a circular cylinder or a hollow body. The displacement element is designed as a spring plate and a ring.
