The diving or swimming goggles (1) has a spectacle lens (2), where a sealing frame or sleeve (3) is connected with the spectacle lens in a water-tight manner. The sealing frame or sleeve is applied to the eyes (A) during use of the goggles for enclosing the face of a user on the surface. The spectacle lens has a coupling region and a decoupling region, where an image module couples an image produced on the coupling region into the spectacle lens. The image produced in the spectacle lens is guided to the output region.
