Method for manufacturing e.g. fluid guide elements for continuously operating solid sorption air conditioner, involves forming fluid guide elements, and after-treating fluid guide elements by thermal change of material properties
The method involves providing a thermoplastic plastic material i.e. silane-modified polyolefin, and forming fluid guide elements e.g. adsorption modules (1) and pipelines (2), from the thermoplastic plastic material by thermoplastic shaping process. The fluid guide elements are after-treated by a thermal change of material properties. The silane-modified polyolefin is provided with an organic silane by a grafting. The plastic material is dried to a predetermined moisture content. The plastic material is introduced in a female mold. The material properties are hardness, elongation or abrasion and tensile strength.
