The radiotherapy device (11) has a therapeutic radiation source (23), a receiving unit for computed tomography three-dimensional image data sets, which has a diagnostic radiation source (25) and a radiation detector (27), which records raw image data for a superposition-free, computer tomographic three-dimensional image data set. A reconstruction device (35) is provided for reconstructing the superposition-free, computer tomographic three-dimensional image data set from the raw image data. A control unit (29) for coordinated controlling of a radiation of the therapeutic radiation source. An independent claim is included for a method for recording image data during a treatment session.
