Rotational torque limiting unit for use in two-mass flywheel for powertrain of motor car, has input section, where positive connection is formed between input and output sections and releasable when exceeding predetermined torque value
The unit (106) has an input section (122) for initiating torque, and an output section (124) for recovering the torque. The input and output sections are rotatable relative to each other when exceeding a predetermined torque value. A positive connection is formed between the input section and the output section and more releasable when exceeding the predetermined torque value. Two connection contours are arranged in a resilient manner. A resilient arm section is provided for arrangement of the connection contours. A lever portion is connected with the arm section. An independent claim is also included for a torsional vibration damper for a powertrain of an internal combustion engine-driven motor car.
