FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a method of surface sterilisation of explants and apical buds of pine strawberry, grape, persimmon of variety "Korolek" in vitro. The method comprises sterilisation of explants and apical buds with 0.5% chlorhexidine alcoholic solution for five minutes and washing 5-6 times in sterile distilled water for 1 hour. Then from the explants the lamina are excised with the size larger than 4 mm and the notches are made to increase the area of contact of plant tissue with the nutrient medium. Then the apical buds are cleaned from the damaged tissues, and to determine purity of sterilisation they are placed on sterile agar nutrient medium. The medium contains 1/2 concentrations of macro- and micro-salts according to Murashige and Skoog (MS), the complete formulation of vitamins and organic additives of the medium MS, 1.0-2.0% sucrose, 0.50-0.70 mM 1-naphthyl acetic acid (NAA).;EFFECT: method enables to increase the reproduction factor of plants which are genetically stable and free from infections under in vitro conditions.;5 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
