摘要
FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmology. A femtosecond laser is used to form a lamellar section in a donor's cornea in a raster scan mode at a depth determined by multiplication of minimal ultrasound pachymetry of a transplant in the centre by 0.8. Pulse energy is 2 mcJ; laser pulse space is 8 mcm; line space is 8 mcm; a diameter is 0.1 greater than the pre-set value for a vertical section. It is followed by a vertical section started in corneal stroma 10 mcm deeper than the plane of the horizontal one. Pulse energy is 1.5 mcJ, laser pulse space is 2 mcm; a space of each level of a side incision is 2 mcm; angle of incidence is 90°. The same energy parameters are used to cut in the recipient's corneal disk so that the horizontal section extends 80-85 mcm from the posterior surface of the cornea on the assumption of minimal pachymetry by means of an optical coherent tomograph. A diameter of the vertical section is 0.2 mm less than a diameter of the vertical section in the donor's cornea, while the diameter of the horizontal section corresponds with the diameter of the vertical section in the donor's cornea with the vertical and horizontal sections being partially overlapped. The recipient's corneal disk is removed, while the transplant is fixed in the recipient's bed by continuous suture.;EFFECT: method enables forming various section profiles on the donor and recipient's corneas thereby providing the required shape and size, positively correspondent donor and recipient's corneal disks, minimised risk of injured corneal tissue.;2 ex
