PURPOSE: A vehicle air filter with an inflow material emission structure is provided to emit falling foreign materials to the outside after removing foreign materials contained in the inflow air using vortex, and at the same time, to emit snow or rainwater, which flows into a vehicle from the outside, to the outside of the vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air filter with an inflow material emission structure includes a drain frame which has a front part (42), an upper part (47), and an inclined part (48). The front part has a foreign material discharge (41) where inflow materials are emitted to the outside. The upper part comprises multiple drain holes (43), front and rear connecting parts (45a, 45b), and front and rear supporting parts (46a, 46b). The drain holes protrude from the front part to the rear side in order to pass inflow materials which fall through a vortex generating frame (5). In the front and rear connecting parts, multiple connecting grooves are formed to insert both ends of the lower end of the vortex generating frame. The front and rear supporting parts are separated from the connecting parts at regular intervals in order to finitely support the vortex generating frame. The inclined part slantly connects the front and the upper parts so that the inflow materials, which have passed the drain hole, continue to flow.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
