PURPOSE: An interior map providing device using an interior map database, a map service providing device, a method and an open type application program interface, an interior map manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to store an interior map manufactured by a map provider with wireless access point(AP) information, thereby supplying location information and map information to a user. CONSTITUTION: A map storage unit(310) stores an interior map, a plurality of coordinates in a plurality of measuring points, a MAC address of a wireless AP, and signal intensity information. A location information providing unit(320) transmits current location information of a user terminal and an identification code in the interior map of a structure to the user terminal in response of the signal intensity information and the MAC address of the wireless AP which are received with a location information request from the user terminal.
