PURPOSE: A three stages integrated rainwater effluent treatment apparatus is provided to effectively remove non-point pollutants by differently treating initial rainwater and rainwater after the initial rainwater. CONSTITUTION: A three stages integrated rainwater effluent treatment apparatus includes a filtration penetrating bath(1), a filtration storing bath(2), and a filtration draining bath(3). The filtration penetrating bath filters water to be treated and penetrates the water into the ground. The filtration storing bath filters water to be treated overflown from the filtration penetrating bath and stores the water. The filtration draining bath filters water to be treated overflown from the filtration storing bath and drains the water. A settling bath is arranged at the upstream of the filtration penetrating bath. A water collecting well is arranged at the downstream of the filtration draining bath. Treated water from the filtration draining bath is collected in the water collecting well.
