PURPOSE: A stabilization method of a time change delay system using a reversed block combination is provided to supply an upper boundary of a maximum time change delay close to an integral inequality lemma result by using similar computational complexity with Jensen inequality lemma. CONSTITUTION: A state equation about a time change delay system is defined(S110). A lower boundary and an upper boundary of a time change delay function are inputted to the state equation(S120). Sufficiency of a stability condition using a reversed block combination is checked(S130). An acceptable maximum upper boundary value about the lower boundary is determined by increasing an upper boundary value inputted in a range suitable for the stability condition using the reversed block combination(S140).
