PURPOSE: A treatment apparatus of coal-leached wastewater and a purifying method thereof are provided to precipitate the floating solid particle of coal-leached wastewater which is hard to treat with a conventional cohesion method, and to increase the removing efficiency of floating substance. CONSTITUTION: A treatment apparatus of coal-leached wastewater comprises the following steps of: a first precipitation step(S1) of precipitating a settleability solid particle; a collecting step(S2) of collecting the effluent containing a floating solid particle; a pre-treating step(S3) of pre-treating by the chemical activation processing of the coal-leached wastewater including the floating solid particle; a rapid precipitation step(S4) of a precipitating floating solid particle by the precipitating reaction agent; a separating supernatant and PH adjusting steps(S5); a discharging step(S6) of the final processed water; a collecting water step(S7) of a rapid-precipitating solid particle and the first precipitating solid particle; a dehydration step (S8) of the precipitating solid particle; and a discharging step of the separation solid particle. In the pre-treatment step, the activation reaction agent is injected, such that the surface of coal-floating solid particle is activated with the cation. In the rapid precipitation step, alkaline precipitation reaction agent is injected, such that the floating solid particle is neutralized and precipitated.
