A Method for Preparing Sea-Island-Type Fiber by High-Speed Melt Spinning, Sea-Island-Type Fiber Prepared Thereby, A Method for Preparing Nano-Fiber, Nano-Fiber Prepared Thereby and Composite Comprising the Nano-Fiber
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sea-island type fiber is provided to ensure low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE), high orientation, and excellent thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sea-island type fiber comprises: a step of separately melting island ingredient polymers and sea ingredient polymers; a step of spinning the island ingredient polymers and sea ingredient polymer in a weight ratio of 5:95-95:5 at 30 or more degrees and 3 km/min-8 km/min. The sea-island type fiber contains a nanofiber of insland ingredient.
