PURPOSE: A monitoring apparatus for intensifying physical duplex net separation security corresponding to a measurement monitoring automatic control board event is provided to transmit an image photographed by a CCTV monitoring device to a personal portable terminal in intensified security and to provide a duplex system effect about network or server errors. CONSTITUTION: An image photographed by a monitoring camera is inputted in first and second main boards of a local server through a distributor. The second main board is blocked from a network by a circuit breaker. The image compacted to a low capacity using the first main board is transmitted to the first main board of an integrated control server through a wired network. In case an error occurs in the wired network, the first main board of the integrated control server transmits an authentication code and a wireless network switching message to an MMS(Multimedia Message Service) text controller of the local server and switches connection of the wired network to connection of a wireless network.
