摘要

PURPOSE: A 780 MPa grade high-strength cold-rolled steel material with low yield ratio for a high-strength structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the yield ratio of a steel material while improving the strength thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a 780 MPa grade high-strength cold-rolled steel material with low yield ratio for a high-strength structure comprises the steps of: re-heating a steel slab(S110), hot rolling the steel slab(S120), and cooling the hot rolled steel material(S130). The steel slab comprises carbon of 0.14-0.16 weight%, silicon of 0.45-0.55 weight%, manganese of 1.35-1.45 weight%, phosphorus of 0.03weight% or less, sulfur of 0.015 weight% or less, copper of 0.35-0.45 weight%, vanadium of 0.08-0.12 weight%, niobium of 0.035-0.045 weight%, nitrogen of 0.015 weight% or less, and iron and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.
