The invention relates to a probe used for collecting high-quality samples and a sampling method therefore. The probe used for collecting the high-quality samples provided by the invention is characterized in that an inner branch pipe of the probe is provided with a branch pipe hole in a sublance system. The sublance system includes a probe provided with a detector used for detecting temperature and the like in a furnace, a retaining frame used for installing the frame and provided with a retaining frame hole used for allowing blowing air to flow into a sampling port through a gap between an external branch pipe and the retaining frame, and is used for supporting the retaining frame to move up and down in the furnace. The branch pipe hole allows blowing air flowed from the gap between the external branch pipe and the inner branch pipe to flow into the sampling port. An upper chamber of the sampling port is provided with an upper chamber hole allowing the blowing air flowed in to pass. According to the invention, the liquid steel sample having low slag doping volume can be adopted and the sampling success rate can be improved distinctively. Besides, the time cost and labor cost consumed on sampling failures can be reduced and the economic effects of reducing the cost can be generated.
