PURPOSE: A famous mountain in miniature using falls, rocks, trees, and plants, and a construction method thereof are provided to make a soil level have an enough soil depth by firstly arranging soil bags on a main body part which is made of pilled blocks and secondly arranging a second soil part on the soil bags. CONSTITUTION: A comprises a main body part(140), multiple soil bags(150), a second soil part(160), and decoration members(170). The main body part is formed by pilling multiple blocks(142) of a predetermined size into several layers. The multiple soil bags are arranged on the main body part, and include a first soil inside. The second soil part covers the main body part and the multiple soil bags. The decoration members are planted in the second soil part. The multiple blocks includes an EPS(Styrofoam) blocks.
